Weight

Maximum 25 pounds, adult weight.

Fee

$200 non-refundable pet fee, per pet.

Fee Under 1yr

Additional $100 refundable deposit for puppies and kittens.

Rent

$15 / month pet rent, per pet.

Breed

Restrictions apply. Ask the office about your specific breed before applying.

Service animals are exempt from pet rent, fees, and breed restrictions per fair-housing law. Reasonable documentation may be requested.
